The Glasshouse is our farm-to-fork café, situated inside a beautiful conservatory with views over the Suckley Hills. Our chefs create ever-changing seasonal menus for brunch, lunch and afternoon tea, using ingredients from our home farm and herb garden, plus hero ingredients from award-winning local food and drink producers. We aim to source as much of our produce from a 20-mile radius as we can, and are lucky to have exceptional butchers, bakers, farmers, jam-makers and drinks producers on our doorstep.
A typical lunch menu includes delicious seasonal salads, homemade soups, fresh fish dishes, burgers made from our own Holloways Hereford herd beef and our famous Glasshouse tarts. There’s a log-burning fire for chillier days and sofas to sink into, as well as free WiFi. Fresh Italian coffee – roasted in Herefordshire – teas and homemade cakes and traybakes are always available. We welcome well-behaved dogs on leads. When the sun's out, dine in our sunny courtyards or out on our terrace.
The Glasshouse gets busy, and booking is always advisable. Book online here or call 01886 884665.

Hero Ingredients From Award-Winning Local Producers
Here on the Worcestershire/Herefordshire border, we’re lucky to be surrounded by some of the best food and drink producers in the country. From our own beef from the Holloways herd which we use to make our burgers, to Berry’s ice cream, churned in Ledbury, multiple Great Taste Award-winning Macneil’s Smokehouse smoked salmon, based in Droitwich, and brilliant beers from The Hop Shed, brewed right here in Suckley, our seasonal menus celebrate their hero ingredients.
Know a fabulous producer we don’t? Let us know and we’ll get in touch.
Allergens and dietary requirements
We offer a selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes and are happy to cater for special dietary requirements, including gluten-free and dairy-free diets. Please do just let our staff know when you book or when you order. We are aware of the 14 allergens, and each is clearly marked against every dish on our menus.
Fully Licensed
The Glasshouse is licensed and we offer a selection of wines and bubbles by the bottle or glass, along with locally-brewed beers and ciders from neighbouring producers, including the Hop Shed in Suckley and Once Upon a Tree, based in Ledbury.
