I've now ordered three times from Holloways, and have always found them helpful, efficient and friendly. In addition, the quality of the items I've bought has always been excellent. The delivery of my most recent order to my sixth floor flat was problematic, and Tom and Max could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond in trying to resolve the difficulties we had. This was in stark contrast to  experiences we've had with other, larger national companies. Staff were very helpful in assisting us to select our conservatory furniture, also, the home design service is something we will be taking advantage of. From ordering through to delivery, the service is second to none. One thing I feel I should mention – my husband was suddenly admitted to hospital and we were unable to take delivery on the agreed date. But Holloways staff couldn't have been more helpful. I would like to thank you most sincerely for so efficiently organising the replacement of the damaged sofas.
