EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

We want you to love your furniture as much as we do, and we take the quality and longevity of all the products we sell very seriously. In the unlikely event of a problem with your purchase, we aim to resolve any issues quickly, efficiently and fairly, with as little disruption to you as possible. We are a family business, and we understand how important your home is to you and your family.

The company who supplied the rattan furniture we ordered from you have been and replaced the two chairs. The driver, who was very helpful and polite, gave us the choice of also replacing the settee but we felt the original was a better match as the replacement was darker. We are very happy with the set now. Thank you for resolving this matter in an efficient and timely manner. It makes a nice change to receive good old-fashioned customer service, which seems to be disappearing in today's hi-tech, computerised society. I'm sure we will be visiting Holloways again and will have no hesitation in recommending you to family, friends and acquaintances. Well done. I was always told that the measure of a good company is not that they have problems, but how quickly they resolve them. Staff were very helpful in assisting us to select our conservatory furniture, also, the home design service is something we will be taking advantage of. From ordering through to delivery, the service is second to none. One thing I feel I should mention – my husband was suddenly admitted to hospital and we were unable to take delivery on the agreed date. But Holloways staff couldn't have been more helpful. They were able to hold our furniture until we were back home and able to accept delivery. Thanks so much for that. The delivery team were very professional.
