FAQs
What can I spend my voucher on? Almost anything in our Worcestershire showrooms or on our website. From sofas to garden furniture, cushions to fabrics, gifts in our Gift Shop to paint and the products in our Neptune store-in-store, each voucher is valid across almost all of our furniture and accessories collections. Excludes home shading and fitted carpets.
Can I spend my voucher in the Glasshouse café? Yes, you can. You can also buy specific Glasshouse gift vouchers for brunch, lunch or a spoiling afternoon tea experience. Pop into the café, or call us on 01886 884665.
Can I buy multiple vouchers for different people? Yes, absolutely. You'll just need to fill in a different recipient name and address for each one.
Where will the order confirmation come to? You, the buyer, via email. The confirmation will include the unique voucher number.
How will you know I've redeemed my voucher? We keep a record of each gift voucher number, but it's always a good idea to keep your order confirmation in case of any queries.
If I'm shopping in-store, do I need to bring the voucher with me? Yes, you do. If you're shopping over the phone, we'll update our records as soon as you quote the unique voucher number.
How long is my voucher valid for? 12 months from the date of purchase.
What happens if the value of my purchase is less than the value of the gift voucher? We will make a note of the amount left on your voucher. Remember, the remainder must be spent within 12 months of the original voucher purchase.
What happens if I use it to buy a product with a long lead time, that takes me past the 12 months? Either present the voucher when you place the order, or tell us your unique code over the phone.
Can I gift my voucher to someone else? Yes. They will need to bring the physical voucher to our showrooms when they shop, or quote the original recipient name and unique code number if they are shopping over the phone.
How much is postage? It's a flat rate of £2, no matter how many vouchers you buy.
Can I redeem my voucher online? Not yet, but we are working on it. It can be spent in-store or over the phone.
