1276 Wine-Tasting Dinner

Join us in the Glasshouse for an elegant five-course, wine-tasting dinner on Thursday, December 3. Guided by Ledbury-based 1276 Wines, celebrate the start of the party season with your favourite people with a spectacular evening of food and wine.

Enjoy exceptional seasonal dishes inspired by our home farm, kitchen garden and game shoot. Curated by the Glasshouse chefs, each course will be expertly paired with 1276's award-winning English red, white, sparkling and ice wines.

Arrive for pink fizz and canapés at 7pm, with tasting notes by the 1276 team. Three courses featuring Hereford beef from the Holloways home farm, wild venison from the woods and culinary treasures from the polytunnel are designed to surprise and delight, and will be followed by a cheese course paired with 1276's award-winning ice wines.

Tickets are £75 per person below, or a table of four at a discounted rate of £275. Tickets are strictly limited.
