It can be raised and lowered smoothly with a crank handle and can also be tilted and rotated. The grey, powder-coated aluminium frame is designed for strength and durability, and the matching grey, water-resistant polyester canopy has a UV50+ protection rating and incorporates air vents to improve air flow. There is a choice of parasol bases. The wheeled base is made from a solid piece of granite, weighs 90kg and incorporates discreet wheels, making it easy to move on smoother surfaces. The standard base features four granite quadrants in a steel frame, weighing 100kg. A protective cover, for when the parasol is not in use, is included.
Because of the size of the canopy, this parasol is best suited to more sheltered locations.
