Introducing Holloways Homemade at the Glasshouse Café.

Holloways Homemade showcases the variety of homemade products created by our very own chefs, and by our local suppliers.

So many of our visitors requested to buy the wonderful jams and chutneys we served in the Glasshouse Café, we decided they should be able to take them home.

Holloways Homemade uses only the freshest local ingredients and makes the preserves in small batches, using traditional recipes for a superb, fresh taste.

The kitchen at the Glasshouse Café is producing a large range of homemade goodies for sale including salad dressings, chocolate truffles, fudge, jams, chutneys, marmalade, shortbread, flapjacks and Christmas cakes.

We’re also lucky to be able to offer our customers some treats from local producers including:

  • Flavoured chocolate bars, hand-crafted by Sue Gilmour in Tedstone Delamere including salted lemon, lavender, ginger and very special dark chocolate ‘Christmas Spice’ and mulled milk chocolate flavours.
  • Roast coffee from James’ Gourmet Coffee — roast, ground and blended in Ross-on-Wye.
  • Honey from the hives of David Sutton in Bromyard.
