The Holloways delivery team

WHITE GLOVE SERVICE

Our professional, friendly, in-house delivery team will deliver your furniture in one of our liveried Holloways vans, so you can always be sure it'll arrive on time, in perfect condition. We know many of our customers are still nervous about Covid, so our drivers will follow your instructions, either carrying your furniture into position in your home or garden, or leaving it in a safe place for you to do so.

Whatever you choose, we will always unwrap your furniture for you and take away the packaging for recycling. We are proud of our personal service and our record for on-time deliveries.

THE DELIVERY PROCESS

Once you have placed your order, in-store, online or over the telephone, our customer service team will email you with an estimated delivery date. As soon as your order arrives in our warehouse, our transport manager will contact you and arrange a date and time for delivery, to suit you. And they'll keep you updated on the day of delivery so you'll know almost to the minute when they'll arrive.

HOW LONG WILL MY FURNITURE TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Living and dining furniture
Bespoke upholstered and woven furniture with cushions usually takes 8-12 weeks from order to delivery, though manufacturers' lead times vary and some pieces will arrive in our warehouse more quickly. You will be advised by email of the approximate delivery time once you have placed your order.

In a hurry?
Need to know the expected timeframe before you order? Please contact our sales team on 01886 884665 for a more accurate delivery date. Some of our manufacturers have shorter lead times on certain fabrics and finishes, so please do get in touch before you order and we'll help you select pieces which will arrive with you as quickly as possible.

Express Online
Some of our conservatory and garden room furniture collections are available in standard fabrics and finishes on a two-week lead time. Delivery to highlands and islands addresses may take longer.

Many of our garden furniture sets are available for immediately delivery. An email will be sent to you shortly after you have placed your order advising on delivery times for individual sets. Or you can call our sales team on 01886 884665 for an accurate update.
