White glove furniture and antiques delivery
Our white glove delivery service is carried out by our professional, friendly in-house Holloways delivery team. Your furniture or antiques will arrive in one of our liveried Holloways vans, ensuring careful handling, reliable timings and delivery in perfect condition.
On arrival, our team will follow your instructions — carefully placing your furniture in your home or garden, or leaving it safely where requested. We will unwrap your items, position them as agreed and remove all packaging for recycling, leaving your space clean and ready to enjoy.
We pride ourselves on personal service, exceptional care and a proven track record for on-time furniture delivery and great communication.

Once you place your order in-store, online or by phone, our customer service team will email you with an estimated delivery timeframe. - Delivery scheduling
When your order arrives at our warehouse, our transport manager will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. - Delivery day updates
You'll be kept informed on the day with accurate arrival timings so you know when to expect us.
Furniture delivery times
Living and dining furniture
Bespoke upholstered and woven furniture typically takes 8–12 weeks from order to delivery, depending on manufacturer lead times. You’ll receive confirmation of expected timings by email.

Express Online
Selected conservatory and garden room furniture collections are available with a two-week lead time in standard finishes. Delivery to Highlands and Islands may take longer.

Many garden furniture sets are available for immediate delivery. You’ll receive delivery details shortly after ordering, or call us for an update.
